The Holiday Inn Express provided a wonderful stay for my business trip. The staff was exceptionally friendly and assisted in setting up my presentation equipment efficiently. The room was impeccably clean and contained ample charging outlets for my devices. I had a fantastic experience staying here. The room was incredibly clean, and I appreciated the variety of lighting options. it was perfect for getting work done. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great selection, and the staff was accommodating, especially during the busy morning rush. However, the pool area felt a bit cramped for larger groups.

Tina managed the breakfast service perfectly, especially with a large group. The front desk staff were very accommodating during the snowstorm.

Housekeeping initially overlooked our room status.

We had an excellent stay! The upgraded TV was a nice touch, and the strong WiFi really helped run my streaming binge. The fitness center had solid equipment, perfect for a quick workout.

We appreciated Tina in breakfast as she managed a busy environment expertly cooking a hot breakfast for a large group. Housekeeping promptly responded to our need for fresh towels even though they were initially unaware of our stay-over.

The room was super clean with comfy beds and had a flat-screen TV and fridge. Breakfast had plenty of options like hot scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. The indoor pool looked inviting, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Perfect location near Meijer and downtown. No noise issues from outside.

I just loved how Tina handled breakfast. She was managing a huge group of teens, but she remained calm and prepared. I was running late for a dad competition, and she really stepped up, cooking hot food fast! ! The front desk staff also helped when we were in a tight spot, arranging another room last minute when a snowstorm hit.

The rates were. let's say not pocket change, but worth it! !

This hotel suits me perfectly with clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me with currency exchange during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay! I'm coming back for Xmas.

We had a lovely stay where Tina in breakfast made sure everyone was well-fed, especially considering the large group of teenagers. The indoor pool and the cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. It would’ve been nice to have the right number of towels in our room, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here! 😊
